Format for Annual General Meeting
As previously announced on 3 August 2017, the Company's AGM will be held on Wednesday, 6 September 2017, at 11.00am in the Auditorium at Unit D, Brook Park East, Shirebrook NG20 8RY.
The AGM will be chaired by Dr Keith Hellawell, QPM and the meeting will also be attended by other members of the Board. However, please be aware that in response to queries received by the Company, there will be no Open Day event alongside this year's AGM. 
The Chief Executive Mike Ashley recently hosted a detailed and constructive Q & A session with stakeholders in July, and due to conflicting demands for his time in other areas of the business, with the agreement of the Board he will not be required to attend this year's AGM. For the avoidance of doubt, our Chief Executive and other members of the Board will continue to engage with stakeholders in accordance with the Engagement Statement, which is available on the Company's corporate website.
