The Company announces that Mike Ashley will be making a video statement outlining that he has recommended (and the Board has agreed) that in future there should be a Worker's Representative appointed to the Board of Sports Direct in order to give workers avoice at the highest level and to help ensure that all staff are treated with dignity and respect.
