** Shares of British sportswear and fashion retailer Frasers FRAS.L up 7.9% at 679.5 pence

** Stock on track for its biggest one-day pct gain since July 2024

** Co enters an arrangement with Barclays, under which Barclays to purchase up to 10 mln ordinary shares in FRAS on co's behalf

** FRAS says aggregate purchase price under arrangement will not exceed 70 million pounds ($93.72 million)

** Stock up ~12% YTD
