LONDON, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Frasers FRAS.L, the British sportswear and fashion retailer that is majority owned by Mike Ashley, on Thursday reaffirmed its full-year profit outlook despite reporting a 2.8% decline in the first half.
Frasers, formerly called Sports Direct, said market conditions were tough, with consumer confidence "very subdued" and excess inventory continuing to weigh on the industry, leading to increased promotional activity.
