April 20 (Reuters) - Frauenthal Holding AG  FKAV.VI : 
    * EBITDA in 2015 at 31.8 million euros ($36.15 million), 
higher by 4.9 million euros on the comparative figure for the 
previous year 
    * No dividend will be paid for 2015 
    * FY sales of two divisions Frauenthal Automotive and 
Frauenthal Handel increased compared to 2014 by 24.1 pct to 
790.7 million euros 
    * FY net income 8.8 million euros, up 592 percent
