    * Said on Wednesday on the basis of the recent decision of 
the Supreme Court on the admissibility of a delisting by a 
merger into a subsidiary company, conditions specified by 
Frauenthal for the reimbursement of a resolution to the General 
Meeting for this structural measure are not available
