have acquired a controlling stake in Frauenthal Holding AG 
    * Hannes Winkler became chairman of supervisory board of 
Frauenthal Holding AG 
    * Ventana Holding GmbH will probably act as a bidder in 
mandatory takeover offer for Frauenthal Holding AG and will 
present offer document within the statutory period of 20 trading 
days
