* Shareholders approve of merger with porter activity of Groupe CBV Ingenierie
* Completes issue of 21,097,969 new shares, post-issuance co's capital at 30,687,955 shares
* Shares were issued on Dec. 23, 2016 and will be assimilated into Freelance.com existing
shares and listed on Alternext Paris on Dec. 28, 2016
* Proceeded on Dec. 23 to issue at par 10,548,984 convertible bonds with face value of 1.05
euros ($1.10) each, representing an aggregate bond issue of 11.1 million euros
* Convertible bonds were fully subscribed by Groupe CBV Ingenierie
