Australia's Freelancer jumps on higher quarterly GMV

** Shares of Freelancer  FLN.AX  rise as much as 14.7% to
A$0.195, set for their biggest intraday gain since Aug. 13
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Oct. 2
    ** Online outsourcing marketplace operator reports a third
quarter gross merchandise value (GMV) of A$279.8 million 
($187.05 million), up 25.9% from last year
    ** About 35,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 17,000
    ** Stock up 2.7% YTD, including session's move
