** Shares of Freelancer  FLN.AX  up 12.8% to A$0.220, set
for best day Aug. 31, if gains hold
    ** Payment services co posts Q3 positive operative cashflow
of A$1 mln ($635,300.00) vs negative A$3.2 mln last year
    ** Says achieved positive operating EBITDA for each business
segment and the group as a whole
    ** Adds added 1.6 mln new users and 208,000 new projects
    ** Freelancer segment Q3 gross marketplace value up 8.4% to
A$34.1 mln - co
    ** ~42,000 shares change hands as at 0252 GMT, about 3.6
times the 30-day average
    ** Stock has fallen ~22% this year, as of last close
