    * Unit entered into a share sale agreement with Valeo Bayen 
    * Consideration for sale shares shall be an amount 
equivalent to rm128 million 
    * Unit to sell to Valeo 168.2 million shares, representing 
entire issued and paid-up share capital of Precico Electronics
