Brief: Frendy Energy buys remaining stake in two companies

Jan 15 (Reuters) - Frendy Energy SpA FDE.MI :
* Reported on Thursday that it acquired remaining 49 percent
stakes in two companies: Alfa Idro Srl and CCS Blu Srl
* The deal value is about 0.7 million euro ($762,020.00)
including 0.1 million euros for Alfa Idro Srl stake, 0.4 million
euros for CCS Blu Srl stake and purchase of loans of their
shareholders for about 0.2 million euros
* Ubi Banca grants 3 million euros of credit line for
investments
