March 31 (Reuters) - Frendy Energy SpA  FDE.MI : 
    * Said on Monday that it reported FY 2014 revenue of 4 
million euros ($4.3 million), up 239 percent from 1.2 million 
euros in 2013 
    * FY 2014 EBITDA of 2.7 million euros versus 741,353 euros a 
year ago 
    * FY net profit of 85,915 euros versus 205,264 euros a year 
ago 
    * Proposes script dividend (capital increase at no charge) 
equal to 1 bonus share for every five shares held 
    * Plans to propose to its shareholders share capital 
increase by 1,984,276.15 euros via issue of 7,937,105 shares 
without a nominal value
