    * Reported on Wednesday FY production value of 3.8 million 
euros ($4.31 million) versus 4.0 million euros a year ago 
    * FY net profit 0.2 million euros versus 0.1 million euros a 
year ago 
    * Proposes cash dividend of 0.0058 euro per ordinary share 
    * Proposes free capital increase via the issue of about 9.8 
million no par value ordinary shares for 2.5 million euros 
    * Shareholders will be assigned 1 new free share for every 5
