Posting of Annual Report & Accounts, Notice of AGM & Dividend
Timetable

 

Frenkel Topping Group (AIM: FEN), a specialist professional and financial
services firm operating in the Personal Injury (PI) Clinical Negligence (CN)
space, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report & Accounts for
the year ended 31 December 2021 and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
to be held on 22 June 2022 at 11 a.m. at Frenkel House, 15 Carolina Way,
Salford, M50 2ZY.

A copy of the Annual Report & Accounts and the notice of AGM will shortly
be available on the Company's website at www.frenkeltoppinggroup.co.uk

The Company also announces the dividend record and ex-dividend dates. If
approved by the Company's shareholders at the AGM, the Company will pay a
final dividend of 1.02 pence per share on 21 October 2022 to shareholders on
the register at 7 October 2022.  The shares will go ex-dividend on 6 October
2022.
