** Shares of Frequency Electronics  FEIM.O  climb 32% to
$13.39 premarket
    ** Electrical equipment maker on Monday reported Q4 revenue
of $15.576 mln versus $13.0 mln a year ago
    ** Quarterly net income rose over 90% to 2.65 mln, with Q4
diluted EPS jumping to $0.28 versus $0.03 in 2023
    ** Company declares special cash dividend of $1 per share
    ** Stock closed at a near 15-week high in previous session
    ** Up to last close, FEIM stock had fallen 7.76% YTD,
compared with a 19.97% increase in Nasdaq index  .IXIC
