** Sees annual adjusted EBITDA of $205 million to $215 million, below analysts' avg. expectation of $226.2 million - data compiled by LSEG

** Expects annual net sales growth of 7% to 10% vs estimates of 9%

** Q4 net sales of $285.2 million nearly in line with estimates of $285.7 million

** Co reports quarterly adjusted EBITDA of $61.2 million vs estimates of $57.78 million
