Feb 11 (Reuters) - Frigoglass SA  FRIR.AT  
    * Says its net profit in fiscal years before 2013 from its 
South African operations was overestimated 
    * Says it will restate its prior years' balance sheets with 
a cumulative effect of 7.4 million euros on the group's equity 
as of Dec. 31, 2014 
    * Says has investigated the issue and has changed its senior 
management at its South African operations 
    * Says restatement on FY2013 and FY2014 balance sheets will 
have no impact on income and cash flow statements
