** Gold explorer Nova Minerals  NVA.AX  rises as much as 29%
to A$0.20, their biggest intraday pct jump since Oct. 11
    ** NVA said on Friday its 57.5%-owned lithium explorer, Snow
Lake Resources  LITM.O , raised $24 mln via initial public
offering on the Nasdaq Capital Market
    ** Says LITM issued 3.2 mln common shares at $7.50 per share

    ** NVA hits highest since Oct. 14; on track to post a third
straight gaining session 
    ** About 15.43 mln NVA shares change hands, vs the 30-day

    ** NVA down 3% this year, as of last close, vs a 12.8%
