Confirmation of Conclusion of Formal Sale Process

 

Further to the announcement dated 18 April 2023 commencing a Formal Sale
Process under the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers by the Company (the
"FSP"), David Hudson and Ian Corfield of FRP Advisory, Administrators of the
Company, confirm that Advanced Oncotherapy is no longer undertaking its FSP,
as a result of the Company entering into Administration on 30 May 2024.
 Accordingly, the Company is no longer in an offer period and the requirement
to make disclosures under Rule 8 of the Takeover Code has ceased.
