Notice to holders of:

 

Escher Marwick Plc 2016-CI8 8.5% Fixed Rate GBP Secured Notes due 2021 ISIN
GB00BDH37892

(the "Series 2016-CI8 Notes")

 

The Issuer notes an announcement published on 16 June 2022 by Just Loans Group
Plc ("JLG"), the parent company of Just Cash Flow Plc ("JCF") (the
"Announcement").

The Announcement states that JLG was placed into administration with Geoff
Rowley and Paul Allen of FRP Advisory Services (the "Joint Administrators")
appointed as Joint Administrators of JLG with immediate effect.

 

The Series 2016-CI8 Notes are secured by loans made by the Issuer to JCF and
the Issuer is liaising with JLG and the Joint Administrators regarding the
Issuer's position.  Further information will be provided to the noteholders
in due course.

 

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given to them
in the terms and conditions of the Series 2016-CI8 Notes as set out in the
applicable Pricing Supplement relating to the Series 2016-CI8 Notes.
