PDMR Dealing

 

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm,
has been notified that, on 28 July 2023, Gavin Jones, the Chief Financial
Officer of the Company, exercised nil cost options over 146,044 ordinary
shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These options were
satisfied using Ordinary Shares held in the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.
Mr Jones sold 68,882 of the resulting Ordinary Shares to satisfy personal
income tax and national insurance liabilities arising on the option
exercise.  Following completion of these transactions, Mr Jones beneficially
holds 145,343 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
