PDMR Dealing

 

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm,
has been notified that, Penny Judd, Non-executive Chair, today purchased
39,995 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at
£1.25 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this purchase, Penny Judd beneficially holds 39,995 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
