Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm,
has been notified that on 10 January 2025, Jeremy French, Chief Operating
Officer, transferred the beneficial interest of 2,269,119 ordinary shares of
0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse.

 

Following the transfer, the aggregate interest of Jeremy French and his spouse
in the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 4,538,238 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 1.77 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, the Ordinary Shares held by Jeremy French and his
spouse remain subject to the lock-in agreement that was announced on 23 May
2024 and expires at the end of July 2026.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
