Directorate Changes
FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm,
today announces the appointment of Kathryn Fleming as a Non-executive Director
with effect from 1 April 2023.
Kathryn is currently CFO of Control Risks Group, a global risk management
consultancy and is a member of both their board and executive committee where
she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial performance and
strategy across its worldwide operations. Kathryn also sits as a Non-Executive
board member on Seerist Inc, a SaaS based provider of augmented analytics
technology. Prior to that she held senior executive roles at leading
professional service firms, Osborne Clarke and Eversheds. Kathryn is a
Chartered Management Accountant.
On 30 April 2023, existing non-executive director, David Adams, will step down
from his role. David has been on the board of FRP since shortly after its
inception in 2010 and his contribution to the Group has been invaluable,
supporting its growth from a small partnership into the c.£100 million
revenue business it is today. He has also played a significant role in the
creation and evolution of FRP's Corporate Finance business. The Group is
exceptionally grateful for his contribution over the last 13 years.
