FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading UK professional services firm specialising
in restructuring advice, announces that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of
shareholders will be held at 10.00 am BST on 15 September 2022.

The Notice of AGM has been posted or shared electronically with shareholders
today and is also available on the Company's website

The proceedings of the AGM will also be broadcast via the Investor Meet
Company platform, and shareholders are encouraged to watch the AGM via this
route. Investors can register to watch the AGM proceedings via the Investor

Questions can be submitted in advance of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company

shareholders wish to attend in person, we kindly ask that you register your
