Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") ("AGM
Notice") will be posted today to shareholders who have elected to receive hard
copy documentation alongside the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 30
April 2025. Copies of these documents are also available to view and download
from the "Shareholder Documents" and "Financial Reports" pages respectively of
the Company's website

AGM Arrangements
The AGM will be held at the offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP,
Governor's House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0BR at 10.30 a.m. on
Tuesday 23 September 2025.
To enable shareholders to follow proceedings remotely, the AGM will be
broadcast live on the Investor Meet Company platform. Investors who already
follow the Company on Investor Meet Company will automatically be invited.

Shareholders viewing the AGM via the Investor Meet Company platform will not
be able to speak or vote but can submit questions before and during the AGM.
Where appropriate, responses will be prepared and delivered by the Board.
Questions can also be submitted by email, as outlined in the AGM Notice.
Shareholders are encouraged to vote on the resolutions to be put to the AGM by
proxy. Instructions on how to lodge a proxy vote are set out in the "Notes"
section of the AGM Notice but shareholders are reminded that the deadline for
doing so is 10.30 a.m. on 19 September 2025.
