PDMR Dealing

 

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm,
has been notified that on 10 October 2024, David Chubb, Non-Executive
Director, sold 35,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at 140.50 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this purchase, David Chubb beneficially holds 33,750 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
