** Shares of solar company FTC Solar FTCI.O down 26% at $5.49 premarket

** Co forecasts Q1 adjusted core loss in the range of $5.9 million to $9.6 million, compared with analysts' estimate of a loss of $3.82 million - data compiled by LSEG

** Expects Q1 revenue between $20 million and $25 million vs est of $35.1 million

** FTCI says it enters Q1 with a bit of seasonality and leftover effects of the regulatory uncertainty related project delays in mid-2025

** Co reports Q4 adjusted loss per share of 17 cents, compared with estimated loss of 22 cents per share

** Up to last close , stock down 32% YTD
