** Co's Q3 revenue more than doubled from last year to $26 million, and beat analysts estimates of $21.12 million - data compiled by LSEG

** FTCI posts narrower loss of $5.3 million for the reported quarter compared to last year's $12.68 million

** Co also enters in agreement to buy 55% interest in Alpha Steel for a total cash consideration of $2.7 million

** Expects fourth-quarter revenue to be in the range of $30 million-$35 million

** Up to last close, stock up 35% YTD
