** Co's Q3 revenue more than doubled to $26 million from a year ago and also beat analysts' average estimate of $21.12 million - data compiled by LSEG

** FTCI posts narrower Q3 loss of $5.3 million vs $12.68 million a year ago

** Co also enters into agreement to buy 55% interest in Alpha Steel for total cash consideration of $2.7 million

** Expects fourth-quarter revenue to be between $30 million and $35 million

** Including session's move, stock up 75.4% YTD
