Further to the announcement on 18 February 2021, Learning Technologies Group plc, the provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that on 2 June 2021 The Satchell Trust sold 2,100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 169.77 pence per Ordinary Share. Jonathan Satchell (CEO) and his wife are the sole Trustees and the sale will fund a property purchase for their children who have beneficial interest in the Trust.
