Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Board of Directors of M7 Regional E-Warehouse REIT Plc (ticker: REW)
announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today all
resolutions were passed by shareholders. All resolutions were voted on by way
of a poll.
