Update on IPSX

IPSX Notification of Intention to Wind Down

The Board of M7 Regional E-Warehouse REIT plc has today been informed that the
Board of the International Property Securities Exchange ("IPSX"), the market
on which the shares in the Company are traded, has taken the decision to wind
down the operations of IPSX. The notification gives 90 days notice to the
Company to cancel its listing on IPSX, during which time its secondary market
operations will continue to operate as normal.

The Board can confirm that it is carefully considering all options available
to the Company so as to maintain its REIT status. Consideration is therefore
being given to the private REIT structure as well as alternative listing
platforms. Advice is being taken in this regard and a further announcement
will be made in due course, as appropriate.
