Delisting and cancellation of trading of Urban&Civic Shares
Further to the announcement made by Urban&Civic plc ("Urban&Civic") and by The Wellcome Trust Limited as trustee of the Wellcome Trust ("Wellcome") on 21 January 2021, Urban&Civic today announces that, following applications by Urban&Civic, the FCA has cancelled the listing of Urban&Civic Shares on the premium segment of the Official List of the FCA and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the trading of Urban&Civic Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. today, 22 January 2021. Full details of the Acquisition and the Offer are set out in the scheme document published by Urban&Civic on 20 November 2020 (the "Scheme Document"). 
Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Scheme Document, a copy of which is available on the Urban&Civic website at https://www.urbanandcivic.com/investors. All references to time are to London times.
