** U.S. Department of Justice is probing Disney's DIS.N deal to take controlling stake in FuboTV, Bloomberg News reports

** DOJ looking into whether the deal would unduly concentrate the market for sports streaming, report says

** In January, Disney agreed to merge its Hulu + Live TV business with FuboTV, removing a significant hurdle to the launch of its sports streaming venture with Fox Corp FOXA.O and Warner Bros Discovery WBD.O

** As of last close, FuboTV's shares have more than doubled YTD
