Directorate Change

 

The Company announces the resignation with effect from 12 February 2026 of
Charles Elliott from the Company's board of directors ("Board").

Charles was one of the founding directors, joining the Board on 8 December
2023.

Andrew Whitehouse, the Board's chair, commented: "We thank Charles for his
diligent contributions over the last two years and will miss his telling
observations on the growth of the Company's investment portfolio."
