Publication of Prospectus and Notice of General Meeting

Prospectus

Fuel Ventures VCT plc (the "Company") has today published a prospectus (the
"Prospectus") in relation to an offer for subscription of up to £10 million
of Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company with an
over-allotment facility for up to a further £10 million of Ordinary Shares
(the "Offer").

The Prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website which is

Notice of General Meeting

The Company will shortly be publishing a circular (the "Circular") providing
for notice of a general meeting to be convened for 10:30am on 19 March 2025
(the "General Meeting").  At the General Meeting, shareholders will be asked
to approve share allotment authorities in connection with the Offer and a buy
back authority.
