Fuel Ventures VCT plc (the "Company")

Publication of Prospectus

The Company has today published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to
an offer for subscription of up to £10 million of Ordinary Shares of 1p each
in the capital of the Company with an over-allotment facility for up to a
further £10 million of Ordinary Shares (the "Offer").

The Offer is now open and will close at 5.00 pm on 1 April 2026 for the
2025/2026 tax year, unless extended by the board of the Company, and on 12
February 2027 for the 2026/2027 tax year, unless in either case the Offer has
been fully subscribed by an earlier date. The board of the Company reserves
the right to close the Offer earlier.

 

The Prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website which is
