 * Fpm's contribution of the cash consideration in respect of the subscription 
and the loan will be funded through internal resources of the group 
 * Says total cash consideration of RM200,000 
 * Ame and fpm entered into a loan agreement with ipark to lend a total of 
RM50,000,000 to ipark
