Japan's Fuji Oil buys Feb Murban crude at narrower discount

SINGAPORE, Dec 17 (Reuters) - 
    * Japanese refiner Fuji Oil  5017.T  bought a cargo of
February-loading Murban crude on Monday at a discount of 25-30
cents a barrel to the grade's official selling price, traders
said 
    * The cargo was purchased via a tender 
    * The discount was narrower than the 45 cents a barrel done
in the
previous month's tender
