Japan's Fuji Oil restarts 143,000 bpd Sodegaura CDU after fire -spokesperson

Japanese refiner Fuji Oil 5017.T restarted the 143,000 barrel-per-day crude distillation unit at its Sodegaura refinery on March 27, after shutting it down due to a fire, a company spokesperson said on Tuesday.

The unit had been offline since March 22, when the fire broke out and was subsequently extinguished, the spokesperson said.
