TOKYO, Nov 8 (Reuters) -
* Japan's Fuji Oil Co 5017.T says it expects to restore
full
refining operations at its power outage-hit
143,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) Sodegaura refinery, east of Tokyo,
around mid-December.
* The sole 143,000 bpd crude distillation unit (CDU) was
restarted
on Oct. 4, following the blackout on Oct. 1, after a power
blackout caused by typhoon Trami.
* Fuji Oil, since then, has been restarting secondary units,
but
the operations of some units have not returned to full
operations yet, the company said in a statement.
* The company expects the shutdown to reduce its profits by
around
2 billion yen ($17.60 million) due to a decline in product sale
volumes.
