** Shares of Fujiyama Power Systems FUJI.NS rise 3.2% to 227 rupees in trading debut, valued at 69.56 bln rupees ($784.2 mln) as of 10:12 IST ** Stock opened at 220 rupees on the National Stock Exchange of India, 3.5% lower than IPO price of 228 rupees ** Roof-top solar products and solution provider's 8.28-bln-rupee IPO, comprising sale of fresh shares as well as sale of shares by promoters or large shareholders Pawan Kumar Garg and Yogesh Dua, was subscribed 2.14x ** Overall trading vols at 9.3 mln shares so far ** Proceeds from IPO to be used in establishment of manufacturing facility in Ratlam, repayment of borrowings, and other corporate purposes ($1 = 88.7040 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Vijay Malkar) ((VijayDattaram.Malkar@thomsonreuters.com;))
