    ** Co says its chief financial officer (CFO), Esther
Rajavelu, has resigned from her position, effective April 21
    ** Rajavelu will serve in a consulting role to ensure the
continuity of Fulcrum's financial operations - Co
    ** FULC intends to conduct executive search for new CFO
    ** YTD stock down ~64%
