Fulcrum jumps as US FDA lifts hold on sickle cell disease therapy

** Shares of Fulcrum Therapeutics  FULC.O  rise 38.5% to
$5.43 premarket 
    ** Co says the U.S. FDA lifts clinical hold on an
application seeking to test its treatment for the genetic
disorder sickle cell disease in humans 
    ** The FDA placed the application on hold in Feb due to
previously reported pre-clinical data 
    ** Sickle cell disease is a disorder that leads to
sickle-shaped red blood cells, which are much less flexible than
healthy cells, and can block blood vessels 
    ** FULC shares down ~46% YTD
