Appointment of CFO
Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or the "Company"), the UK based energy solutions company, announces the appointment of Martin Harrison as Group Chief Financial Officer. Martin will join the Company and its Board on Monday 29th September 2014.
Martin brings with him significant experience gained in various senior finance roles including those in the building products and infrastructure sectors. His most recent role was as Finance Director and primary Board member of Lafarge Tarmac Contracting, a division of Lafarge Tarmac, the UK's leading sustainable building materials group. Martin is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Philip Holder, Chairman said: "We are delighted that Martin will be joining the business and Board. He brings with him considerable experience which will be of great benefit to the business in the next stage of its development."
Current Interim CFO, Robert Douglas, will leave the business after a handover period. 
Martin Donnachie, CEO said: "The Board and I would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude for the significant contribution Robert has made as Interim CFO with the business during a period of turnaround. We wish him well in his future assignments."
