FULCRUM UTILITY SERVICES LIMITED

("Fulcrum", the "Company") or "the Group")

Result of General Meeting and update on AIM Cancellation

 

 

Further to the Company's announcement dated 21 August 2023 regarding the
proposed cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of its ordinary shares of
0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Cancellation"), and the adoption of
amended and restated memorandum and articles of association (the "Amended
Articles") (together, the "Proposals"), the Company announces that all
Resolutions were duly passed by Shareholders today in connection with the
Proposals.

 

Accordingly, the last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM
will be 3 October 2023 and Cancellation will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on
4 October 2023.

 

The results of the proxy votes were as follows:
