PCA Dealings
The Company announces that the Bayford Group, a PCA to Jonathan Turner, Non-Executive Director, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36p per share on 6 January 2021.  
Following these purchases, the Bayford Group and its connected parties (controlled by Jonathan Turner) are beneficially interested in 32,673,981 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
