Issue of Equity and Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that following receipt of notices of exercise of employee options it has issued 1,074,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive share option plan. 
In addition to this exercise, Martin Harrison, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised an option over 260,000 new Ordinary Shares pursuant to rights held under the Company's Employee Shareholder Status arrangement. Following the exercise, Martin Harrison will hold 336,538 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.2% of the issued share capital.
Accordingly, an application has been made for the 1,334,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 am on 30 December 2015. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 156,103,246 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
